Preschool Enrollment Specialist Brooklyn

We're looking for an individual with a solid background in sales. The Enrollment Specialist has a lead role for recruitment and registration of new students and is responsible for quality and effective parent engagement that contribute to the healthy development of families and local community

Position Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the recruitment and outreach of new students
• Develop rapport with families and parents
• Responsible for followups with prospective parents/families in a timely fashion to support all enrollments
• Maintain communication with families that involves program information and services in program
• Assists in the organization of all family engagement activities

Qualifications:

• Heavy sales background
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Exceptional Interpersonal skills
• Driven results oriented
• Knowledge of Early Childhood Education (A Plus)
