Job Description:
 

Seeking a dynamic and committed early childhood administrator to coordinate all aspects of the educational program for one of our many Clients Preschool Centers in Staten Island, NY. A strong understanding of Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education is required, as well as the ability to successfully advocate for families and students with disabilities.

Qualifications:

• NYS Certification: Students with Disabilities (Birth-2nd ) and General Education ( Birth-2nd) –Required
• NYS Certification: School Administrator/Supervisor (SAS) or School Building Leader (SBL) –Preferred
• Strong understanding of NYS EIP, NYSED, and DOH Regulations, as well as the processes for transitioning between EI/CPSE and CPSE/CSE
• 3+ years of relevant teaching experience
• 2+ years supervision experience in a similar position
• Previous experience working in center-based setting preferred
