Child Care Staffing is a fast growing permanent and temporary placement firm in all areas of Early Child Education. We recruit a wide range of positions within the early child education industry. We are actively seeking A Business Development professional to grow our client and candidate list. This position is a recruiting role that combines both new business development with candidate recruiting. This is an amazing opportunity to join a company that is the industry leader in Early Childhood Educational staffing in NYC.

Duties:

  • Manage top-of-the-funnel recruitment marketing tactics for open positions within our industry to attract potential and passive candidates
  • Build and execute social media content strategies and campaigns for audiences, to impact candidate and client awareness
  • Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
  • Leverage insights throughout the candidate and client experience to ensuring that all candidates & clients have a positive interaction with CCS at all stages of the recruitment process
  • Oversees Open House and on-site events to recruit candidates as needed; attends job fairs and represents the organization.
  • seek new clientele via outside sales activity
  • Sell our permanent and temporary placement recruiting services to prospective clients
  • keep up to date with market knowledge
  • cultivate successful long-term relationships with organizations to further establish us as a trusted provider and advisor
  • deliver exceptional service, remain engaged with all clients, and build a professional network that results in further business opportunities


The Essentials:

  • 5 + years successful recruiting experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of hiring techniques required to source passive candidates at all levels via direct sourcing, outreach and social media outlets.
  • Ability to utilize or learn an ATS, Candidate Management System, and web technology to identify and track candidates is strongly desired.
  • Experienced in Sales, CRM and Client Management
